Rip-Offs
As you may have discovered in your search for enlargement methods, there are hundreds of different enlargement methods on the market. What you must understand is that none of them are as safe or effective as the simple exercises.
We will make a short list of the commonly known methods and tell you the reasons why you should avoid them.

A method which is often advertised is the penis pump. This is a cylinder that is fitted over the penis, with a manual or motorized pump to create suction. As the apparatus creates a vacuum around the penis, blood is drawn into the penis causing it to become engorged.
Vacuum pumps work by sealing the penis in an airtight tube and removing the surrounding air. The negative pressure then pulls blood (and lymphatic fluid) into the penis and inflates it. The process takes about a minute and the results can be very impressive. The trouble is, as soon as you remove the tube, the penis wants to revert back to its normal size. You can staunch the outflow of blood and lymphatic fluid by fitting a constriction ring around the base of your penis. This generally allows the penis to maintain its expanded girth for a few minutes - sufficient for insertion and at least one change of position before you have to pump it up again.
Because pumps draw blood into the penis and make it swell, they're useful in the treatment of impotence (erectile dysfunction). This may create an illusion of a larger penis, but results are seldom permanent. Repeated use can damage elastic tissue in the penis, leading to less-firm erections.
Some penis pumps can be harmful. If a penis pump can generate a strong vacuum and does not have a release valve, you can over pump and cause damage, in severe cases tissue damage.
Penis pumps may cause bruising or pain. If either occur you should stop using the pump and talk to your doctor.
Although temporary increases in size are achieved, it is debatable as to whether regular pumping results in permanent gains. Many long term users state that if pumping is not performed for a few days, the penis rapidly reverts back to its original size. What does seem clear is that for up to several hours after a session, the penis is larger than it would otherwise be, although the results diminish rather quickly.
Too strong a vacuum can cause blood vessels to burst which results in bruising. If this happens you can do serious damage with continued use. There is also the possibility of nerve damage with excessive use. Long-term users have reported loss of sensitivity. Reduced sensitivity means less feedback to the brain and ultimately a weaker erection.
So, the risks of vacuum pumps are:
- Risk of temporary impotence
- Risk of painful blisters
- Dislocating and bruising
- Bleeding from burst capilaries
This method is not the right method if you really want to achieve a larger penis. It only causes the illusion of swelling, as the penis does swell after you use it, but it does not add permanent gains in the size of your penis.
It is a very painful method and should never be used because it can cause a lot of damage.
The idea behind vacuum pumping is that you will force blood into your penis and force it to grow. Now, this may sound erotic or reasonable, but beware, a vacuum pump can injure your penis easier than it can permanently enlarge your penis, simply because it's forced vacuum power, not gentle stimulation exercise.
This method is a very dangerous one and we are completely against it. We wouldn’t recommend this method to anyone, ever.

This method involves hanging actual weights from your penis every day for 20-30 minutes.
Weight hanging for penis enlargement is perhaps the oldest penis enlargement method ever used. Centuries ago tribes used noose contraptions that fastened around the penis head, while rocks were hung from the bottom.
This would stretch out the penis longer through years of practice. Today products have been developed to simulate this ancient method of enlargement. Now, this may sound like a good idea, but here's why weight hanging should totally be avoided if you really desire a bigger, healthier penis:
Weights Only lengthen the penis, does not thicken, cuts off circulation to the penis glans and surrounding areas, creates unsightly stretching marks on the penis, lessens sensation during intercourse due to the continual lack of proper circulation to the penis and surrounding areas, could damage the nerves in the penis and cause permanent and untreatable impotence, extended hanging sessions could cause permanent damage to the areas where proper circulation was lost and could easily require partial amputation of the penis, does nothing for overall penile health, strength, and ability.
In fact, weight hanging can even cause poor penile health, weaker erections, and lessened ability/use of your penis. Isn't this just the opposite of what we are trying to accomplish?
Weights can also stop the circulation to the penis and surrounding areas, creating unsightly stretching marks and wounds on the penis and can also lessen sensation during intercourse due to the continual lack of proper circulation to the penis.
It can also damage the nerves in the penis and cause permanent and untreatable impotence, extended hanging sessions could cause permanent damage to the areas where proper circulation was lost and could easily require partial amputation of the penis, plus it does nothing for overall penile health, strength, and ability.
Let’s review the downside of weights:
- Serious pain for your penis
- Bruises
- Gangrene
- Dislocating of tendons found in the pubic area
- Cutting off the circulation to the penis, this can result in infection and amputation.
The idea behind weight hanging is to have a contraption that fastens to the penis head and, then hang weights off of that. This is intended to stretch out the penis longer through years of practice. This may sound like a good idea at first, but take a closer look. If you desire a larger, thicker and healthier penis, here’s why weight hanging is bad:
The basic idea behind weight hanging is almost ok, if it weren’t for the side effects. Stretching the penis only lengthens it, it will not thicken it. Stretching cuts off circulation to the penis head and surrounding areas, creating marks and swelling on the penis. Because circulation within the penis is lessened by continual stretching, you WILL lose some feeling and sensations in your penis. This damages the nerves in your penis, especially the head because of the heavy weights. The penis just wasn’t meant to hang 20lb. weights from. Continual stretching with very heavy weights will make the penis appear more wormlike, and thin, instead of longer, thicker and healthier.

Many men seeking to have a larger penis have looked into surgery only to discover the huge costs involved and the small chances they would have to succeed.
Cosmetic surgery to increase penile girth, or thickness, began in the USA in the late 1980s. There are two types of penis surgery-for length and for girth.
Penile lengthening: the most common technique to lengthen the penis is to cut its suspensory ligament then perform plastic surgery to provide additional skin to cover its new length. The results of the only reliable study indicate that dividing the suspensory ligament alone results in an average increase of around 0.25in in length, while skin advancement increases the length gain to around 0.75in. These figures do not compare well with the claims made by some clinics. Some people, undoubtedly, do better than average, while others do worse.
After surgery, some men find that they have gained a small increase in flaccid length, but the erect penis is about the same size and now points towards the floor!
Increasing penile girth (thickness): this treatment may be performed with a lengthening procedure or on its own. There are two techniques in common use: the injection of liposuctioned fat, from the abdominal wall or thighs, into the dartos fascia, under the skin of the penile shaft and placing grafts of dermis (a layer of tissue from under the skin surface that is well supplied with blood vessels) and fat from the groin or buttock area within the penile shaft.
The results following injection of liposuctioned fat can be deeply disappointing. Up to 90 per cent of the fat can disappear within a year. Grafts seem to do rather better, but there is no reliable published data on long-term results.
At least one person has died from bleeding after augmentation surgery. Apart from the risks of infection and bleeding, specific complications exist for each procedure, such as Scrotalisation of the penis, in which the penis appears to arise from the scrotum instead of the abdominal wall; 'Dog-ears' at each end of the operation scar; Sloughing of the skin used to increase penile length (the skin has a poor blood supply and therefore dies, leaving a deep, ulcerated area). The penis can be left with a deformed appearance, with irregular fatty lumps all over it in the case of girth surgery.
Surgery does nothing for penile strength, health, or ability. Surgery merely graphs your flesh and fat underneath your penis skin to give it a larger appearance, and may also cut the suspensory ligament for added length illusion. The downfall of this procedure is that up to 75% of the injected fat will disappear over the course the following year and your penis will point down while erect.
Some disadvantages of surgery would include:
- A deformed looking penis
- Impotence
- Loss of sex drive
- Painful erections
- Horrible scaring
- Hideous appearance of the penis
- Poor blood flow to the penis and testicles
- Damage to the very intricate network of nerves throughout the penis.
Besides the fact that it is very expensive, as a penis enlargement surgery could cost around $10000, surgery is not a solution for a bigger and stronger penis.
It does nothing else than enlarging your flaccid penis. And above all, it is a very painful option. You might risk impotence after such a surgery, so you must really realize that his is not the right solution for your problem.
